• At Blue Trimble Designs, we prioritize sustainability. Your items will be shipped with minimal packaging, which includes either a cotton cloth bag or a recycled paper jewelry gift box.
• We aim to dispatch your order within 2-5 business days after receiving it. Rest assured, we make every effort to ship your items as quickly as possible.
• We offer international shipping.
• Shipping is handled through Canada Post, and you can choose your own shipping option and rate at checkout.
Note: Blue Trimble Designs cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit.
Return Policy:
• Regular-priced items are eligible for a refund within 5 days of your order’s arrival. The sender is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.
• Please be aware that sale items are considered final sale and are not refundable.
