Shipping Details
- Thoughtful packaging: Your jewellery arrives in a cotton cloth bag or recycled paper jewellery gift box, with minimal extra packaging.
- Order preparation: Orders typically ship within 2–5 business days. Each piece is prepared and packed with care, and I’ll get yours on its way as soon as possible.
- Delivery times: Shipping time is additional and varies by destination and the shipping option selected at checkout.
- International shipping: International orders are welcome. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
Christmas Order Deadlines 2026
Shopping for a Christmas gift? Please place your order by the dates below to allow two days for making and packing before Canada Post’s recommended shipping deadlines.
For delivery across Canada:
- Regular mail: Order by December 16
- Expedited Parcel: Order by December 12
- Xpresspost: Order by December 20
Please order early where possible. Delivery times vary by destination, and Christmas arrival cannot be guaranteed.

Due to recent changes in U.S. import rules, shipments from Canada may be subject to customs duties, tariffs, or additional fees upon delivery. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees at checkout. We recommend checking your local customs guidelines before ordering.
• Shipping is handled through Canada Post, and you can choose your own shipping option and rate at checkout.

Return Policy
I hope you love your jewellery! If it’s not quite right, please contact me within 5 days of delivery to arrange a return.
- Regular-priced items must be returned unworn, in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
